INGREDIENTS:
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish sauce
• ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
• ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
• ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
• ½ teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper

METHOD:

  1. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

NOTES:
• Sauce can be made ahead and stored in refrigerated up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
• Double as needed.
