Ingredients:
• Whip cream – 1 cup
• Milk-1/2 cup
• Milk powder – 6tbsp
• Powder sugar – 5tbsp
• Cocoa powder – 2tbsp
• Vanilla essence – 1tsp
• Plastic cups or paper cups
Method:
• Milk 1/2 cup
• Milk Powder 6 tbsp
• Powder Sugar 5 tbsp
• Powder Sugar 5 tbsp or as per your taste
• Mix it well
• Set Aside
• Whip Cream 1 cup (250ml)
• Whisk until fluffy
• Now add milk mixture
• Whisk again until you have a smooth flowing consistency.
Now divide into two equal parts
• In the second part, Add
• Coco Powder 2 tbsp
• Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
• whisk again for consistency.
• Fill plastic cups with Choco & Vanilla Ice Cream bases side by side.
•Cover it with plastic wrap
•Keep in a freezer 7-8 hours or overnight
After 8 hours remove wrap & Enjoy!!!
